Domiz Organization for social development was established on 24/2/2016. It is located in Domiz complex in Fayde. There are six refugee camps in the town. People from different races and religions such as Yazidis, Muslims, Turkmens and Christians live in the area. We as Domiz Organization alongside Rizgari Center have aided the refugees and other people who are residing Domiz since 2005. Our services included setting courses for the youths and women as well as setting up workshops concerning coexistence, awareness, psychology and medicine. We have offered special courses for children and provided them with some of their needs. We have also aided the poor, disabled people, refugees and IDPs. We have worked with local and foreign organizations such as( Unicef, Christian Aid, Acted,UNDP,UNFPA, REACH, IRC,DRC,VOKA … etc) We are able to do all kinds of activities and work with other organizations and corporations. We can serve people in all areas of Kurdistan. 3- The objectives of the organization  Help the community and need families  Dissemination of cultural awareness, artistic and educational  Building peaceful coexistence and help minorities and all religions and ideas in society  Work to help the children and young people through educational courses and training to develop their skills  Service and assist people with special needs  Service and assist refugees and IDP’s from all aspects  Interest in humanitarian work and help families with limited incomes  Concern for the development and construction of public centers (educational, developmental, educational).
