Feliz Navidad - Silla Yoga Danza con Sherry Zak Morris, Certified Yoga Therapist

¡Feliz Navidad! 🎄💃 I created this version of “Feliz Navidad” especially for our wonderful Spanish-speaking Yoga Vista community around the world. Over the years, so many viewers from Mexico, Spain, Central and South America and other Spanish-speaking communities have joined us to move, dance and practice yoga—and this was my way of saying ¡Gracias! And thanks to a little green-screen magic, I can dance just about anywhere! For this holiday celebration, I transported myself to a sunny setting that feels a bit more like Christmas south of the border. ☀️🎄 The familiar rhythm and repeated lyrics make this a wonderful dance for simply joining in, moving your body and singing along—no matter what language you speak. 🎄 From all of us at Yoga Vista: ¡Feliz Navidad y gracias por bailar con nosotros! ⚠️ Muévete siempre a tu propio ritmo y dentro de tu nivel de comodidad.
