Building BNK Connect | The day before the workshop (BNK Connect × FNB)

Every time before a workshop, I ask myself the same question: am I giving these coaches enough value, or am I just taking their time? This is the day before our last BNK Connect workshop. We sat down with the FNB team at their building to plan it together. Coaches always sign up, and then a day before, the excuses come. So this time we invited three times the people we needed. By the end of the meeting, more than 50 coaches had confirmed. Why we do this: coaches in South Africa are not struggling for lack of talent. They are struggling for lack of knowledge and information about the business side.
