Burst the self-doubt

Our Burst the self-doubt campaign was launched to highlight how self-esteem affects women and how therapy can help. 🟣 Nearly 1 in 2 women agree they struggle with their self-esteem. 🟣 53% of women surveyed agreed that self-esteem issues are a valid reason to go to therapy. So in June 2024 we teamed up with PR agency 23red to create an interactive art installation at Battersea Power Station in London. It gave women an opportunity to metaphorically ‘burst’ their self-doubt by writing their negative feelings on a balloon and firing it at a large canvas. The campaign aimed to demonstrate how therapy can help with low self-esteem and explained how to find a BACP therapist who can support you if you're struggling with self-doubt.
