This week's video is all about the 'FEAR!" I know you know what I mean! That fear of the blank page, a blank canvas where we feel paralysed to begin. In this video, I am sharing all my tips and techniques that I use to get over all my creative blocks and get myself back into the zone and my creative flow fast. The fear and creative blocks happen to me all the time. I realised this week and last week that I was really feeling stuck and tight and scared to paint. I think it was because I had a break from painting over the Christmas hols and so getting back into painting, creating and making art felt quite tricky. I hope this video was helpful in some way.
