You CAN Have a High Energy Dog in an Apartment + Reactivity Training

The discussion got a little interrupted by some super sweet dogs that went by - thanks for the training opportunity, pups! - but we're just chatting about how I think an aussie can be kept in an apartment... with the right lifestyle. But NO breed of dog should be stuck in an apartment or house 24/7. I'm just adding a little nuance in the conversation.
