Neak poan is a holy shrine in the middle of Baray Jayatakata, Water reservoir under King Jayavarman VII reign at the end of twelfth century A.D. It's named as Jayasri that means Victorious fortune blessed from Anavatapta, the sacred pond and mythical lake on the top of Himalaya mountain.
