Formerly, the east end of this route was at Grand Blvd. It's now been extended east to Rufus Ave, to connect with the new Crosscut Bridge. That extension is flat-ish, and the rest is downhill. It's somewhere between a quiet street and a busy road. Continue north or south via Jones as shown, or via the Green Necklace (the MUP on the far side of the street, I guess use the crosswalk curb ramp to get to it).
