Here is some information about the bus Age: 2011 Model: Collins Super Bantam Engine: 6.6 Durramax Prior Information: 942 is a former Manchester First Student bus. During the years of 2010 and 2011 an array of Collins was purchased for numerous First Students being. Bloomfield, Manchester, East Hartford, Stamford. These buses all had similar Specifications being yellow roof, Tinted windows and yellow rub rials. Sometimes these buses would be equipped with Airconditioning. Depending on the town the numbers would be different if it was a CREC bus it would have a 300-400 series number and if it was Manchester, it would 1015** or 1119** and Stamford would be similar. 942 Started its life in Manchester before being moved to CREC after Manchester lost the contract to First Student in Early 2015. It was then moved to First Student in Vernon and stayed there until late 2023 when it was moved back to East Hartford CREC to be used for a little longer.
