Madison County Fire Volunteers

Madison County Fire Department was founded on high standards, with a strict recruitment and training process designed to ensure professional, well-qualified firefighters. While this approach maintained excellent operational quality, it also limited accessibility and resulted in a smaller active workforce. To balance operational readiness with community involvement, the Madison County Fire Volunteers program was established. This volunteer operation allows individuals to apply with fewer entry barriers while still operating under the instruction, supervision, and command of MCFD.
