Tomorrow Never Dies (PS1) - Softlock due to skipping and how to prevent it (480p)

I have no idea why exactly this happens, but if you use debugging cheats to reach this spot quite very early, the scene doesn't play unless you at least go in front of that door leading to the Carver boss fight room. But ey, ye get Stamper posing as that Carver guy anyway.
