Abide in Christ: How to Live in the Light and Love of Jesus / Supernatural Scripture ✝️

Spiritual Warfare is expanding the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. Overcoming desires is a big part of it, because the enemy is always trying to take you off the battlefield by neutralizing you. When you are seduced into sin, you are no longer spreading the Gospel. When you are not spreading the Gospel, you are not adding to the love and light of Jesus Christ. Paul tells us that we were all enslaved to the dark ruler of this world, who is the Devil, by which we were all Children of Wrath. But Christ brings us into Covenant with Him, so that we are made righteous through Him. When we share in His Righteousness, we become participants in the rescue and redemption of mankind. Through our suffering, we become acutely aware of the evil and darkness in the world. If we also are awakened to our own brokenness, how we have been part of the problem, we become ripe for redemption. It is that recognition that we can truly surrender ourselves to Christ in humility and repentance. When we are able to give ourselves over to Him, He gives us His Holy Spirit to make us alive in Him and bring us into His Family. No longer are we Children of Wrath, but we become Children of God. (‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭8‬-‭9‬) “For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead.” (‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬-‭13) “Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned, in whatever situation I am, to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” (‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬-‭21‬) “From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
