Amazing Tricks to Finish Making the Round Wooden Frame

We’re not only going to see how I finish making the round wooden frame for the Beatles metal sign, but also some very interesting tricks that allow me to refine and adjust both the inner and outer circles of the wooden frame. Additionally, we’ll see a curious and convenient way to sand the inner edge of the frame while keeping the surface perfectly at ninety degrees to the front of the frame. Using a routing tool with the router table, I also cut the rabbet on the back of the frame. These routing passes must be done gradually in several steps. Although it’s not clearly visible in the video, I try to go millimeter by millimeter to reduce the risk of the router bit catching the wood grain when it meets the bit head-on.
