What went wrong rebuilding my ZX6R front calipers?

The Tokico calipers I rebuilt for my 2001 ZX6R J2 are leaking a little brake fluid. So I strip them down again to see what the issue is. They were not leaking before I did the rebuild. I suspect the cheap seals I bought. Buy cheap, buy twice! J1 / J2
