breaking my WORST bad habits

What if the reason you’re feeling stuck isn’t because you don’t know what to do… but because you’ve been hiding from the person you know you’re capable of becoming? After spending 20 minutes talking to God, two words came to me: STOP HIDING. ❤️ And I haven’t been able to stop thinking about them. In today’s episode of I Was Here with Raquel Marie, we’re having an honest conversation about the ways we sometimes lose ourselves while trying to be everything for everybody else. We’re talking about people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, setting boundaries, outgrowing relationships, and the habits we carry into adulthood when we had to grow up too early. Sometimes we become so comfortable being the strong one, the dependable one, the person everyone turns to, that we forget we have dreams, needs, and a life of our own. And as I’m getting older, I’m realizing just how precious time really is. We can’t buy back our time. We can’t keep giving away our peace. And we don’t have to continue being the version of ourselves that everyone else has grown comfortable with. We’re supposed to change. We’re supposed to grow. We’re supposed to evolve. This episode isn’t about blaming anyone or cutting everybody out of our lives. It’s about becoming more aware of where our energy goes, learning to honor ourselves, and finally showing up for the life we say we want.
