1st Open Water Swim Coaching Session

Claire Snowball - has been swimming for a few years in open water, but can’t remember the last time she has had a swim lesson/coached session. Colin Hill Swims is based in the Lake District and specialises in open water swimming. The idea of the session is just to pick up a few key points to work on. Obviously you never stop improving your technique and regular coaches swim sessions will help. But it’s a good idea to step back and have one on one session to help improve.
