Sun - Lyrics | The Girl Behind The Mask

“Sun” by The Girl Behind The Mask, from the EP Toward the Sun, is about searching for happiness when it feels far away. Through seashells, cool September air, and a raft built to chase the sun, the lyrics tell a story of perseverance and the longing to feel the warmth of happiness. For anyone trying to find their way back to joy, “Sun” holds onto the belief that happiness is worth searching for, and that even through the struggle, this life can still be beautiful.
