Mr. Bean gjester Rondo for å promotere vhs-kasettene sine, og for å bygge videospiller på improvisasjon. Mr. Bean is visiting the noregian talkshow, Rondo, to promote his vhs-tapes and improvise the composing of a brand new VCR.
