₱1.3 Billion Kada Buwan sa Reserve Power: Nasaan Ito?

During a congressional hearing, I raised a long-standing question about the cost and availability of reserve power in the Visayas. We are paying ₱1.3 billion every month for reserve power. But when the grid needs additional supply, where is that reserve power? The answer can be found in the agencies’ own documents. This discussion is about accountability, transparency, and making sure that the resources we pay for are available when they are needed. Because electricity is not just an expense. It is a lifeline.
