She recently completed a training with Mitch Nur on the ancient Shang bone bell—one of the oldest sound-healing instruments, rich in Buddhist symbolism and spiritual lineage. Mitch’s select classes (only 7–8 students per cohort) and approval process underscore just how rare and powerful this instrument is.
