Hey :) I decided I'd upload this on international mental health day, and I really, really hope this video helps someone out. You guys are loved by so many people, and I'm always here to listen and talk. You deserve all the good things that happen to you, and all the love in the world. I hope you're doing okay. Let me know what you think of the video, I'd really appreciate some feedback in the comments as to how you think I handled this :) As someone who struggles with depression myself, I hope it's clear that I'm not trying to make light of the struggles of those with depression or banalize SH issues in any way - it'd be pretty damn hypocritical of me.
