After the last set of patch notes, I've come to the conclusion that its time for them to give us another survey so that we can speak up on what we want to see in this game regarding patch notes and different things we want to see in the future. I am convinced that the "data" they use isn't reliable, they aren't listening to anyone when it comes to the changes we want to see and I'm convinced that they do not play test their own game.
