Realigning the Party - Re:Zero Season 4 Episode 12 Reaction

We're building trust this episode. If Newbaru is going to figure out this tower, he needs to get the whole crew to trust him. In this episode, he tackles the two most difficult members (outside maybe Echidna). First, he gets Ram to trust that he will do anything and everything he can to bring his memories and Rem back, and we actually see her smile. Then, he catches Meili mid-murder attempt, and talks her down. By the end, it seems everyone is ready to move forward as a team, to find Reid's book and discover a way through the second test.
