"The Lie" tells the story of a child caught in the middle of a fractured home. Too young to fully understand what's happening, he begins to sense something is wrong in which his father is having an affair, yet refuses to admit it. Instead, the father shifts the blame, insisting that the mother is imagining things and slowly losing her grip on reality. Confused and torn between the two people he trusts most, the child struggles to understand the truth. That uncertainty lingers until he discovers a love letter, undeniable proof that his father has been lying all along. Sometimes, the hardest lie to face is the one told by someone you trust the most.
