MISTAKES & MAX ATTACK - TRACKROD RALLY YORKSHIRE 2026 4K EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Highlights from a very dusty and very interrupted Trackrod Rally Yorkshire, which saw the extremely fast Dalby forest take numerous casualties throughout the weekend. The Mini Challenge cars found out how Dalby at night takes no prisoners, with multiple offs and two stoppages eventually leading to the Friday night stage being cancelled. The Minis would bear the brunt of the drama on Friday, with two even bumping into each other at my corner. For me, Saturday started with Cropton before returning to Dalby for the Housedale stage, with a bigger-than-expected jump catching a few crews out, as many would fly straight through the box junction at the bottom. The Housedale stage would also be cancelled after a car fire early in the stage. Elliot Payne and Patrick Walsh would win the BTRDA event in the Skoda. Matthew Stroud and Sam Spencer would take the historic cup win, beating David Henderson and Damien Tourish after a few incidents for other top crews. A return to rallying for me after a big break since March.
