The showcase took place today, October 24, on Upper Session Road in Baguio City. The festival is an annual celebration held every April in the capital, Bontoc, as part of the province’s founding anniversary. It features the participation of the 10 municipalities in activities such as street dancing, chanting, cultural presentations, and indigenous games. Lang-ay in the local dialect refers to fellowship.
