Dave's Reaction: Steve Vai [with Devin Townsend] — In My Dreams With You

Hi there friends! This song was suggested by NoTengoIlusiones! Dave had never heard this song before, which I think surprised him. More poppy than he had heard Steve Vai perform before. Dave thought it sounded good but it isn't his favorite Vai material. Apparently it is Terry Bozzio on the recording but Abe Laboriel, Jr in the video. According to wikipedia the band split up right after the album was recorded. Only Devin Townsend stuck around. Laboriel, Jr was the touring drummer for Steve Vai. The bassist in the video is also not man who is on the recording, probably why we never see his face. Thanks for the interesting suggestion NoTengo!
