Folkstyle Top Domination (THE BLAIR RIDE)

This is a great top series for American Folkstyle wrestling. It works well as a ride and transitions seamlessly into a pinning series with multiple finishing options. To keep this ride legal, the opponents hand needs to stay inside their own hip. Stay on your toes and keep your elbow pointed forward, putting almost all of your weight onto the shoulder joint.
