Carney welcomes Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi for trade talks in Ottawa | FULL

Prime Minister Mark Carney was joined by the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in Ottawa Tuesday. During his visit, the Crown Prince will participate in meetings as Canada and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) work to cement their trade ties. Following a welcoming ceremony on Parliament Hill, the two leaders took part in a signing ceremony, with several representatives from both nations joining as signatories. Both Canada and the UAE concluded negotiations on a free trade agreement earlier this year, in what both countries have called a "record" time of 47 days. The prime minister visited the United Arab Emirates last November, when the UAE pledge to invest around $70 billion in Canada.
