Girls’ Day Out in Kisam Village, Gilan… You Won’t Believe What Happened! Village Life in Iran | Outdoor Cooking in Gilan | Sosis Bandari Over a Campfire 🔥🌿 Rural life in Iran, Persian food, village cooking, campfire cooking, and a peaceful day in nature. In this video, we spend a beautiful day in Kisam Village, Gilan, Iran, cooking a spicy Persian Sosis Bandari by the river and enjoying the simple beauty of the countryside. We decided to spend our day off in Kisam Village, one of the nearest forest areas to us in Gilan. We found a peaceful spot beside the river, made a real wood fire, and started cooking an outdoor meal surrounded by the forest. On the way, we found wild blackberries, which we locally call Bolush. We stopped to pick and eat these delicious wild berries while walking through the forest. These little moments are one of the simple pleasures of rural life in northern Iran. The forest was also full of friendly dogs and cats. We cooked our meal right there among them and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of nature and village life. 🔥 How we made our Sosis Bandari: First, we sliced the onions and fried them in oil with turmeric until they became golden and flavorful. Then we added diced potatoes to the onions and cooked them together until the potatoes were nicely fried. When the potatoes were ready, we pushed the ingredients to one side of the pan and fried the tomato paste in a little oil. Finally, we added the chopped sausages and mixed everything together. We seasoned it with salt and plenty of red pepper, because Sosis Bandari is supposed to be spicy! 🌶️ Sosis Bandari is a popular Persian-style sausage and potato dish that can be enjoyed as an afternoon snack or dinner. We served ours with fresh baguette bread, pickles, and chopped tomatoes, and eating it beside the river after cooking over a real fire made it even more delicious. After our meal, we made traditional charcoal tea and sat beside the river, enjoying a quiet cup of tea and the sounds of the forest. This was more than just cooking. It was a simple girls’ day out in Gilan, filled with nature, friendship, Persian food, outdoor cooking, wild berries, campfire cooking, and the peaceful feeling of rural life in Iran. ❤️ If you enjoy Village Life, Rural Life, Persian Food, Gilan Iran, Outdoor Cooking, Campfire Cooking, Traditional Persian Food, and peaceful countryside videos, subscribe to Rural Life Speero and join us for more authentic moments from rural Iran.
