Village Rasalana (रासलाना), Bhadra Tehsil, Hanumangarh District, Rajasthan, has received a second round of assistance for Shri Krishna Gaushala Samiti under Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj's Gau Suraksha Abhiyan and Annapurna Muhim.
The Gaushala had been facing two major problems: a shortage of dry fodder for its cattle and a lack of adequate sweet drinking water.
Representatives of the Gram Panchayat and Gaushala committee approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj at Dhanana Dham, Haryana, to request help. According to the volunteers interviewed in this report, a survey team visited the Gaushala to assess its needs.
Following the survey, assistance was arranged in two stages.
FIRST ROUND — DRY FODDER ASSISTANCE
Approximately three days before the current delivery, 500 quintals of dry fodder were delivered and handed over to Shri Krishna Gaushala Samiti, Rasalana.
SECOND ROUND — WATER SUPPLY EQUIPMENT
In the current report, the Gaushala received equipment intended to establish a sweet-water supply system.
The reported assistance includes:
4,800 feet of 8-inch pipeline, approximately 1.46 kilometres
One 15 HP submersible motor
Equipment for a proposed bore approximately 90 feet deep
L&T motor starter
Electrical wiring
PVC pipes and fittings
Air valves, bends, iron bands and plates
Rope, connecting accessories and other installation materials
Volunteers confirmed that the water supply equipment and accessories had been handed over to the Gaushala committee. The Gaushala president also confirmed receiving the pipeline, motor and related materials.
Local representatives explained that the pipeline was intended to connect a suitable water source to the Gaushala. Villagers also expressed gratitude to a local land donor for making land available near the canal for the tubewell arrangement.
The village welcomed the assistance convoy with Mangalacharan, flower garlands, flower showers, tractors and enthusiastic participation by local residents.
Villagers described the difficulties caused by shortages of fodder and drinking water and expressed hope that the new equipment would provide a reliable water supply for the cattle.
The report documents the delivery and handover of the equipment. It does not independently establish that drilling, pipeline installation or commissioning of the water supply system had already been completed.
