I Left Spiti Behind… | 400 KM Ride to Jibhi from Pin Valley via Jalori Pass on V-Strom SX 250

After exploring the remote and rugged landscapes of Spiti Valley, it was finally time to leave Pin Valley behind and begin the long ride towards Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh. This journey started from Mudh Village in Pin Valley, one of the most remote parts of Spiti. From there, I rode through the dramatic landscapes of Spiti and Kinnaur, passing through places like Tabo, Nako, Spillo and Rampur, before taking the route towards Jalori Pass. But this wasn't just a 400 KM motorcycle ride. As I moved farther away from Spiti, the landscape slowly transformed — from the dry, barren mountains of Spiti to the lush green forests and valleys around Jalori Pass and Jibhi. At Jalori Pass, I stopped to explore the surrounding area and interact with the locals. Eventually, instead of staying in the crowded Jibhi, I decided to go a little further and discovered Bini Village, where I stayed at a local homestay. The next day gave me a completely different experience of Himachal — exploring the local farmland, learning about the vegetables and fruits grown by the family, visiting Chenni Fort and Rishi Sringeri Temple, and finally enjoying a traditional Himachali dish, Siddu.
