Peter Laugharn’s Site Visit to Kenya | Supporting Aging Catholic Sisters Through CASAK

On April 30th, 2026, Peter Laugharn, President and CEO of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, visited Kenya to review the ongoing work and impact of the Care for Aging Sisters Association Kenya (CASAK) in supporting elderly and aging Catholic sisters. During the visit, he engaged with the Sr. Filipina Community in Nyeri, one of several congregations benefiting from CASAK’s support in providing dignified and responsible care for aging and infirm sisters. Guided by their charism of living the Passion and Compassion of Christ, the Sisters of Mary Immaculate continue to serve through education, healthcare, and social outreach, supporting vulnerable communities across society. This video highlights the importance of compassionate care, partnership, and the continued commitment to honoring women religious who have dedicated their lives to service.
