Moist Chocolate Cake (No Mixer, No Oven, No Scale) 🥮:
Flour: 10 tablespoons (150g)
Sugar: 8 tablespoons (150g)
Water: 14 tablespoons (150g)
Yogurt: 3 tablespoons (70g)
Oil: 12 tablespoons (75g)
Cocoa powder: 4 tablespoons (32g)
Eggs: 2
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla: A pinch
Salt: A pinch
Ingredients for soaking the cake 🥮:
Milk: 15–20 tablespoons (150–200g)
Sugar: 3 tablespoons (60g)
Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon (8g)
Ganache topping for the moist chocolate cake 🥮:

Table cream: 3 tablespoons
Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 1/2 tablespoon
To bake in a pot, follow the steps shown in the video. Do not open the lid at all during the 45-minute baking time, as doing so will cause the chocolate cake to deflate.
For baking in an electric oven: 165°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
For baking in a gas oven: 180°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
Mold size: 18 cm
If you wish to use a size 25 pan, double the quantity of the ingredients.
