Located in downtown Fort Wayne, Promenade Park is on the leading edge of riverfront development. It is a great place to take a walk or just relax. 2. Foster Park. Located on the south side of Fort Wayne, this wonderful space features a bridal glen, pickleball courts, golf course, hiking paths, and more! 3. Shoaff Park. My favorite park in town! Located on the northeast side of town, Shoaff boasts a par 3 golf course, driving range, hiking paths, disc golf, playgrounds, basketball courts, river access, and a pond.
