Pokémon Leaf Green Nuzlocke Rules: • Only the first Pokémon encountered on each new route or area can be caught. If the first encounter flees or is defeated, no other Pokémon on that route can be caught. • Shiny Pokémon can be caught, regardless of the first encounter rule. • Legendries may be caught (Only for fun or to use as last circumstance) • All Pokémon caught must be nicknamed • If a Pokémon faints in battle, it is considered dead and must be permanently removed from the party. This is often done by releasing the Pokémon or boxing it • If the first encounter on a route is a Pokémon already on the team or in a box, the player can continue searching until a new Pokémon is found (regardless of type). • The Nuzlocke is over/ended when the player loses all Pokémon in their party & has no more available Pokémon in a box to use • The battle style is switched to "Set," which prevents switching Pokémon after an opponent's Pokémon is defeated. • Ban the use of any healing items from the bag during battle (Status healing items can be used after battle if a Pokémon is poisoned, to prevent fainting in route to a Pokémon Center) • Revives are Banned from the whole Nuzlocke • Limit Pokémon levels to the level of the next Gym Leader's strongest Pokémon. • The Nuzlocke Begins once the Trainer gets all 5/6 Pokeballs
