Custom Federal Signal EOWS 115 Siren Test, Voice, Hi-Lo, Alert, Joliet, IL

After meeting up with Tommy McGowan (TommyBNSF) for a 3V8, we then went to go see this 115 that Tommy had gotten on camera doing a test last Wednesday. Recording this 115 was extremely risky, as we had to pull off and park on the shoulder of the road (despite signs saying not to lol) and risked being questioned not only by the police but by plant workers. Well, it definitely ended up being worth it and we got a pretty successful test! I did have to amplify the audio a LOT so you could hear it clearly, as it was extremely quiet not only on the recording but in real life. The 115 itself is controlled off of a Ultavoice controller and the speakers not facing the camera have been removed, essentially making it a DSA lol.
