The Narcissism Tax: The Price of Participating in the World

The narcissism tax is the hidden cost of participating in the world: extra hours, extra emails, extra explanations, and extra damage control caused by a lack of accountability. In this video, I explore why this tax exists, why it is surprisingly universal, and why seeing it as a structural phenomenon rather than a personal injustice changes everything.
