Horace Silver - Liberated Brother - Bass Cover

Bob Cranshaw, Great American Jazz Bassist, performed also on the Horace Silver LP, In Pursuit of the 27th Man, released in 1973--as well as with Sonny Rollins. This bassline is in a Jazz or Latin genre and the main bassline is exactly like the record while during the solos I am following a 'lead sheet' for this song and continuing to play ad-lib around the chord changes in the same bass genre. *****The tone of my bass: My Expert Guitar Luthier, Master Luigi Spezzacatena, of southern Italy, attached a used, genuine vintage 1960 Sprague tone capacitor (value = 0,1mdf) to the electronics (and removed the cheap, tiny, factory-issued capacitor and threw it in the bin) of my Fender Roadworn Jazz Bass so as to create a 60's tone, while I have worked with the knobs on my bass and amp to attain a flat, yet punchy tone: how? The pickup volumes are at 7 and the tone switch is in the middle at 5.
