Weekly Vlog | Dad Life - But Upgraded | Family, Fitness, Tech, and Work

A regular week here at Dad Life — But Upgraded — work, fitness, and showing up for family. No highlight reel, just the actual work and the things in between. I'm Cedrik —husband, father, and a regular dad in Dallas-Fort Worth working on becoming a better man, husband, and father one honest day at a time. This is what that actually looks like. Better Man. Better Husband. Better Father. #DadLifeButUpgraded #dallas #DayInTheLife #WeeklyVlog #dadlife #fitnessjourney #FamilyFirst #DadMotivation
