Making a solar beeswax extractor and Breeding Salvias

This week Paul makes a home made solar beeswax extractor so that we can use the old honeycombs to extract the wax. We have a little rain! At the nursery we look at the first flowers on this years batch of Salvia seedlings to choose the best ones for introducing as new varieties bred by us. We look at progress on the stained glass bee and create insect drinking stations in the garden.
