Lindsay Clancy’s Friend Recalls Her ‘Quiet’ Demeanor Just Days Before Killings

Sarah Carney, a longtime friend of the Clancy family, testified about her interactions with Lindsay in the months before the children’s deaths. Carney said Lindsay appeared “quiet, but fairly normal” when she last saw her at a family bonfire on Jan. 22, 2023, and noted that Lindsay appeared thinner than she had previously. She also testified that Lindsay did not appear confused or behave unusually during their conversation that day.
