All Licences GOLD in Gran Turismo 2. Was it really that difficult?

The precursor to my upcoming Gran Turismo 2 No upgrade completion challenge. Can we get gold in every single licence test in Gran Turismo 2, and was it as difficult as many including myself remember? The one thing that everyone knows about the Gran Turismo series, is that you have to complete almost all of the licences before you can fully unlock what the games have to offer. This entails getting at least a bronze prize in every single one. But what if you wanted to go further than that, what if you wanted to get the gold prize in every single one? Well today we're setting out to gold every single license test in Gran Turismo 2, a very notorious entry in the series when it comes to license tests as it arguably contains some of the hardest tests in the series. Some of which require almost pixel perfect precision to attain a gold, which in a game from the PS1 era was almost entirely impossible on directional pad inputs, & back then you'd be hard pressed to find many gamers opting to use analog sticks, let alone even know of their existence for the PS1. At least that was my experience in the UK at the time before they became a standardised addition for PS2 controllers.
