Sharmila Subramanian is a strategic insight and customer strategy leader with 20 years’ experience helping financial services and technology organisations translate changing human behaviour into customer, brand, product and experience strategy. She specialises in direct-to-consumer financial services, including retail banking, wealth management and digital platforms and is passionate about increasing financial inclusion.
