In this penultimate episode of Wainwright's Coast to Coast, I leave Richmond refreshed and ready for the challenges ahead. I hike to Ingleby Cross, then head into the North Yorkshire Moors National Park along a rollercoaster route over the Cleveland Hills, through ancient woodland, and out onto sweeping moorland.
