The tastiest tiki cocktail ever? [Mai Kai Swizzle]

I'm so thankful that our buddy, Hurricane Hayward, has dedicated so much of his existence to deciphering cocktails of the Mai Kai. I had never tried making his version of the Mai Kai Swizzle before, but man, what a surprise! To see his notes on this cocktail and on so many more, visit www.atomicgrog.com To make the the drink in the video you will need: -------------------------------------- 1 1/2oz fresh-squeezed orange juice 1/2oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1/2oz mango juice 1/2oz rich sugar syrup 1/4oz orgeat syrup 1/8oz falernum 2oz Appleton Special gold Jamaican rum -------------------------------------- Swizzle in a metal cocktail shaker with 1 cup crushed ice. (Or pulse blend with ice for for 4-6 seconds.) Pour into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with a speared pineapple chunk, plus red and green cherries.
