Can We Save This $150,000 Oil Well?

Our drill pipe is stuck in this oil well. If we can't free it, we lose the pipe, the drilling time, and the well itself. That's a $150,000 loss. The pipe is hung up on cuttings, the ground-up rock left in the hole from drilling. So we pulled in the frac truck and the water truck to circulate water through the pipe and try to flush the cuttings out. I've never tried this before, and it turned into an all-hands afternoon for the crew. If the pipe comes free, we move on and frac this well. If it doesn't, we walk away from it.
