CARNAGE at Blackwood | Trail Running Series Race 1 #mudrun

Join me for "Race 1: Blackwood Long Course" from the Trail Running Series. A cold morning of 8-degree to take on 22km and 600m elevation through beautiful single-track forest trails within the Blackwood Forest, plenty of hills to jog or walk, logs to hurdles and duck under, (and at the 9min mark), a roller coaster of mud and puddles across the road worthy of a swim! If you make it this far, appreciate a subscribe and like, and check out my other clips. Thank you. With thanks to the epic ‪@RapidAscentEvents‬ Trail Running doesn't get much better than this!! Race 2: Anglesea in early July, and Race 3: Silvan in August.
