Pallavi cētulāra śṛṅgāramu jēsi jūtunu śrī rāma O Lord Sri Rama! I shall behold You having bedecked You by my own hands. Anupallavi sētu bandhana sura pati sarasī-ruha bhavādulu pogaḍa nā (cētulāra) O Lord who built cause-way on the Ocean! I shall behold You, having bedecked You by my own hands to the appreciation of Indra – Lord of celestials - and Brahma – seated in Lotus - and others. Tying pure golden tinkles on Your waist, applying auspicious mark charmingly on Your forehead, hanging the fore-head jewel on the curls (hanging on Your face), and embracing You - the beautiful One - I shall behold You having bedecked You (thus) by my own hands. 3. Making the forelock with faultless (spherical) pearls, smearing fragrant sandal paste elegantly, and while Sarasvati fans You with a fan, appreciating the decoration and leaving aside everything else, O Lord praised by this Tyagaraja!
