Knots Landing (1983) - Opening Recreation (French Version)

So, here’s something that I kept in my archives for almost my entire life. Back when I was in my freshman year in High school, I was obsessed with the french version of KL, so I started to watch the episodes of the show in French... and when the opening started, I listened to the theme song (In french) and got obsessed with it. And so, after a while, I decided to recreate the French opening of KL... and today, I decided to publish it after a long time of not doing so. PROCESS: I only recreated the motion of the French logo of KL. Notice how the “Ô” wipes in, Usually the “Ô” turns the other clockwise side, just like the original KL openings. The rest of the opening (the cast and some crew) were already recreated. That part was from a video of another opening recreation of KL which was published by a user which I don’t know the name of here on YouTube.. Unfortunately, that video along with other recreations of his were removed from YouTube along with his channel. From that video, I decided to cut the original KL logo and replace it with the French logo: “Côte Ouest”. and used CyberLink PowerDirector to make it slide left with the rest of the footage. Finally, for the VHS process, I used VirtualDub to give it the effect... and I tell you, It’s a little complicated. WARNING: “Knots Landing” (Côte Ouest in French) is a Lorimar Television Production. The rights of the show go to Warner Bros. Television and I have no rights to the content that has been used in this video. No Copyright Infringement is Intended.
